1. The outfit of your statue is exactly same as what you have on in your photo. If you only get a half-body photo, we'll design the missing parts(legs, shoes...)
2. You can send individual photos for face, pose, shirt, shoes...We'll combine them into one statue.
3. Small accessories in your photo such as flowers, hats, eyeglasses, watches, texts on shirt...will not be charged any extra fees.
1. You choose a photo and place an order.
2. We'll send your 3D design in 3-5 days via Instagram. Here you can communicate directly with the artists about your feedback or changes that you would like. After your approval, we move on to next step(printing&coloring).
3. Once you approve the final result, the product will be shipped to you immediately

6. Guarantee: please record an unboxing video for proof when receive the package, this is very rarely occurred but just in case your statue come in damaged => we'll redo a new one for free.
