Shipping policy

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL(ETA) = ORIGINAL PRODUCTION TIME + MODIFY TIME + SHIPPING TIME

Since our products are handmade and personalised. Usually, the estimated arrival time is about 13-25 business days after you place an order.

ORIGINAL PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard production time: 7-15 business days

MODIFY TIME:
Additionally, the ship-out date of your statue is directly affected by the number of changes you might request (every change will require additional 1-2 business days).

*We have very skilled artists who can complete the product design within 7 working days at the earliest, not including the shipping time. Please note the delivery date in the order, we will add an emergency label on your order to inform artists to strive to keep up with delivery within the time you request(Emergency order has a small additional fee).  

SHIPPING TIME:

Standard shipping(22$): 6-10 business days（worldwide）

Fast shipping(40$): 3-5 business days（worldwide）

How will I know my order has shipped? You will receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number once your order is ready to ship.. Once you have received this email please allow 3-4 business days for your tracking number to get the first update.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Do you ship internationally? We are happily fulfilling international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

Damaged products:  Please make sure to record a video when unpacking the package. In the unfortunate event that the product arrives damaged, this video will serve as proof for us to file a compensation claim with the shipping company. If the damage is confirmed and the video is provided(this process takes 24 hrs), we’ll offer you a free replacement.
If the product arrives damaged and there is no unboxing video, we won't be able to file a claim. In such cases, a minimum production fee will be required to remake the product.
Therefore, please make sure to record a video when you open the package!


Please note: If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
