Things you should know before ordering!

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-made statue products, we are not able to offer full-refund or exchanges. We provide proofs which will allow you the ability to ensure that the sculptures are in process. During these steps revisions can be made, the artists will make some further modification as your requirements to make it just exactly what you are looking for.

Please be advised that revisions can and will affect delivery times(ETA)
, therefore multi-revisions will normally exceed the expected delivery date as we need your approval to proceed from step to step. For example: If you delay in answering us for 3 days, the ETA will be extended more 3 days. From our side, we strive to make it the most perfectly for avoiding additional changes but if you would like to change, we are very willing to do it.

Sculpting, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. Our specially-trained artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likeness which is enough to recognize the person on the statue, absolute similarity is impossible, if you expect to receive a Michelangelo or a Picasso Custom Statue, this product is not the right one and we strongly suggest you do not make a purchase because all sales are final. 

Refund Policy 

IFACE offers a "NO QUESTION ASKED“ money back guarantee that is valid during the creation process of your custom statue. This means that you can cancel your order anytime BEFORE SHIPPING.

Refund before seeing the finished color product;
After taking your order, our 3D team will sculpt it on computer immediately. If you would like to cancel the project, a cancellation fee of 40% will be deducted from the payment you made when ordering
(Refund 60% of the order amount + shipping fee). 

Refund after seeing the finished color product:
After sending the finished product photo, it means that the product has been completed, we have paid higher labor costs and material costs, therefore we
 support a refund of 30% of the order amount + shipping fee.

Refunds after shipping
Since statues are 100% customized products, secondary sales are not possible. Once the products are shipped, we do not support refunds! If you need a refund for special reasons, you must contact our customer service first. We do not accept a unilateral refund and return service!

Statue Changes

3D design: 
If you are not satisfied with the 3D design, we can modify or enhance the similarity for free based on the original photo you provided and your description. If you provide a new photo of the facial expression or body, it means we need to redesign the whole shape(Example: switch normal face expression to laughing face is totally different, from standing pose to sitting pose as well). we will charge the appropriate fee according to the degree of difference.

Color changes: we paint the color of the statue based on the original photo and your description. At this point, we can change the color following your request even it's different from the original photo.

Please note: Due to the special process of statue, after your approval on the 3D design, the file will be printed out as a physical product, the shape of statue will be hardened and cannot be modified. If you must request further modification, it means that we need to redesign and reprint the product. We will charge the production cost fee(15$/person) for redesigning and reprinting the statues.

Damages During Shipping

Our statues are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur. However, if this unlucky event happens to you, we will provide you with a replacement statue free of charge.

Record when you unbox the package!
 In the rare case that you get a damaged product(within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package), we need to ask you for video proof of the damage and problem description. 

Please be advised that the replacement will not be accepted if there is no video proofs of unboxing. At this point, a minimum production cost will be charged for a new replacement.

 Return Policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
